      Pros

      Great Co-workers (Most of Them), Food was Ok, A small percentage of the Residents were grateful and nice.

      Cons

      Low Pay/Stuck Rate (We did More than Expected for Minimum Wage), Some residents were prejudiced to racist, and they act like you're a super hero that can do everything.

      Pros

      Wonderful community with amazing residents. You can form great relationships with them and feel like you are making a difference. If you are on management's good side it can really work in your favor.

      Cons

      Upper management is corrupt, with terrible communication in all departments and decisions made out of protecting some and screwing over others for personal reasons. Departments are completely political when it comes to working together.
