      -Pretty decent Comp -Work remotely

      Cons

      -Extreme burnout culture -Toxic culture - "we are too busy for you to take PTO" but a partner would routinely join team socials from the ski slopes -Insanely repetitive work - rehashing the exact same playbook over and over and over again -Poor communication, expectation setting, and sense that everything is always in crisis
