Pros
The Culture is a huge plus, the people... Honestly the people sold me on this company. From start to finish, the interview process was thorough and engaging. I was excited about the potential of coming onboard. The engagement and thought provoking questions during my interview process were second to none. I felt like the leadership at Trextel wanted to know just as much about me, my family, my hopes and aspirations in life... just as much as they wanted to know what I was bringing to the table. Trextel does a good job running people through the "Sniff Test". My opinion, that test is just to see if you are passionate about your work, your home life, the things that move you, and that you are willing to jump in with both feet and get down to the business! In my humble opinion, it is very much the company and the product we are offering, along with the vision of the leadership at Trextel that makes this such a great place to work.
Cons
In the past, with previous employers I have always been able to have something to put down here... For Trextel, I can honestly say that I have not seen anything that makes me feel that would go here that could in anyway be negative to like minded people that like to work hard and play hard. I can say that if you are scared to work and like riding on the coat tails of other people this is not the place for you. If you are willing to start where you are, use what you have, and do what you can... You can go far here at Trextel.
