      Pros

      The employees working their tails off. They do try with incentives like lunches and snacks end of week.

      Cons

      Pay versus amount of work versus life work balance. Promoting within is a joke. Inside story here is do your job and you stay in that job. Kiss up , speak a good game and that manager job is yours. Yep learn them buzz words. The buddy system is the only real criteria.

      Supportive team and colleagues. Leadership lives the values of the company.

      We're a small company which means we get to wear a lot of hats; some people think this is a negative, but it gives you a lot of experience.
