-Furloughed employees before the beginning of the third quarter in order to avoid reporting at shareholders meeting. -fired employees who were furloughed in the start of the third quarter. -Management on a plant and corporate level continues to fail its employees by over producing until there is no work to be done and claim its consumer demand. -Puts all accountability on lowest workers and none on senior leadership. -Claims to put safety first, however there is no enforcement of this policy on their production floor and often times production>safety -On its way to more serious work related injuries if management doesn’t step in and hold leaders accountable.
