Coworkers keep you smiling, the pay is great, you can level up in pay as you wish or stay entry level. The work is hard manual labor some days but completely relaxed other days.

Management (on A crew) is not good, racist with a touch of sexist. Hr doesn't take an approach upon harassment claims, if it's a guy being harassed management tells them suck it up. Huge turn around rate so during summer you work 5-6 of the 12hr days a week, while 8hr cannot be mandatory for OT...
