Pros

I have been with Trex for almost 5 years now. They have been an excellent company to work for, with great benefits, annual cost of living raises, and they really promote within the company when new positions are available. I work remotely and I was recently promoted within our department.

Cons

I work remotely, so I do feel like I miss out on some of the company culture and benefits that you get from working in an office environment. I think that for a while there was not a lot of cross department communication, but that has definitely been improving over time.

Pay is great for the area; benefits are very good and lots of other nice perks (food, gifts, happenings, community involvement)

Cons

Disorganized; senior management not generally helpful and don't listen to issues nor attempt to change any disfunction.
