      Very specialized deep foundation works and technology. Company veterans always available to share their knowledge with new hires.

      It is a medium company compared to other actors in the industry, this has some disadvantage, but also advantages. Virtue lies in the middle.

      Pros

      Benefits (per diem, travel allowance, insurance, etc) are some of the best I have ever encountered. These benefits are honestly the only reason I have stayed here.

      Cons

      Insane hours (13-18 hrs/day) 6 days/week. No time for family, friends, or any activities. Understaffed. Sexist co-workers. It is nearly impossible to advance in this particular field and due to the nature of the work (project-based) - income is not stable. I would never recommend working with this company.
