      OK Benefits Free gym membership for full time employees Pretty flexible schedule Occasional free food Easy to advance to different answering center positions

      Cons

      Forced to represent potentially fraudulent businesses and defend them. Administration seems to values company performance over employee mental and emotional health. Severely underpaid for the work you do. Administration is overly critical of answering center employees (LR's, LRII's, and CCR's) even when call volume is absurd. High turnover rate due to low pay and high stress.

      Since starting at Tresta I have developed many great relationships with my co-workers. It's easy to start my day at Tresta because I look forward to new challenges and working through those challenges with smart, talented people. Tresta provides the latest tools to work with, this makes my workflow a breeze and it allows me to stay up to date with the latest software in the industry. Tresta encourages it's employees to continuously improve their skills by providing access to certifications and online learning portals. The benefits at Tresta are top notch too!

      Remote first culture, independence, cooperative culture, caring management, competitive wages, 32 hour workweek.

      Cons

      Layoffs, 32-hour workweek turned into 40+ hours a week anyway.
