We will continue these townhalls and keep asking for employees' feedback on what they want to be included in these meetings. Moreover, we frequently remind employees of our mentorship program, training opportunities, and clear career progression paths to pave the way for internal mobility and growth within Trepp. Additionally, an integral part of maintaining Trepp's long-standing success in the industry is by continuing to enhance our product & technology offerings to keep pace with customer expectations. We do this through digital transformation projects to continually improve & modernize our long-standing products in market; we are continually developing and delivering modern, greenfield products.
