I've worked with some very talented people that were willing to help and mentor
Cons
They seem more bent on acquiring new businesses than setting themselves up for success by having actual training and SOP. I felt like I was trapped in office space being asked about tps reports. Management was also not in anyway transparent, you had to rely on the rumor mill to get any kind of news.
