Toxic environment. Disgraceful management practices but no real HR. Everything is done on a whim of the owner who has no idea about the industry buts relies entirely - day and at all hours of the night - on talented young people and interns who are treated so appallingly in every way that staff turnover is constant. Will take credit for anything you do that she likes, will loudly scold you, sulk and then berate you via email all night if you do anything she doesn’t like. Lacking in basic human decency. No morals, no professionalism and no manners. Known to plant positive reviews here to make it look like it’s not the absolute worst (which it is). Very white environment too. You’ll learn a lot in a short space of time but if you last a year you’ll be in the minority.
