Awesome bosses, great employees, laid-back culture, no egos, some remote, free snacks, weekly paid company lunches (every Friday), monthly company outings (end of the month), no micro managing, flexible work schedule, willingness to help, great work/life balance, competitive pay, great benefits, very receptive to change and improvements, supportive of learning new technologies and bringing them to the teams.

You have to be a self starter, manage your own timelines and be an adult.

Hours are flexible and the management is easy to get along with and are good people. Office is nice, clean and they have snacks.

For the most part the work is not challenging. They have process or structure for making software. They will give you a task with very little in terms of a description.
