Stressful, high turnover place with a few smart guys - Anonymous employee Trendium Employee Review

Trendium have been re-established in Boulder CO and have taken a different attitude and focus. The company now focus on Customer Experience assurance for Mobile and Fixed broadband carriers. It has new management and new perspective on the employee quality of life and work environment.

There are still some negative information out there about past management. Trendium now has new CEO and completely new staff and location with state of the art work environment that promote innovation and learning cutting edge technologies

Unfortunately there aren't "best" reasons for working for Trendium. There was limited opportunity for certain employees, but overall there was not room for growth, education, innovation, or advancement for the general staff. There was some camaraderie among the employees despite this.

Some of the downsides included non-competitive pay, an unstable financial environment, an unstable working environment, a sometimes abusive working environment, and ever-changing, almost impossible expectations.
