A Changing Company - Production Assistant/General Help Trendex Employee Review

Trendex owners are caring and honest people whom I respect and value not only as an employer but as friends. They truly care about their employees as people and not just as employees.

The industry and market they are in, commercial printing and packaging, is continuing to decline. I am not sure if they have a clear vision for their future and sometimes rely on outside sources, who are not familiar with their industry or client base.

There's stuff of the trade to learn. There's some responsibilities one can take that might increase pay range.

Not much room for growth. You can learn everything in 6 months and there's nowhere else to go from there, so no potential increases in income. Workplace can be tense in an unhealthy way. Run's like an 80's company.
