      Pros

      Smaller company where everyone has the opportunity to make an impact. Our leadership team tries to ensure every employee knows they have voice and they do their best to really listen. As an essential business during 2020 we remained stable and a safe place to work.

      Cons

      Sometimes the views of the lake from our office make you wish you were outside on a boat.

      Pros

      Great place to work. Dedicated team. Wonderful new office with a great view. Small business not concerned with pleasing investors or selling to the next buyer. Great team events, inspiring leaders. If you are willing to put in the work, you can truly influence the company here. You won't be just another cog in the machine. Trend has grown a lot as a company over time, and while everything isn't perfect the company is moving forward in a good direction.

      Cons

      Lower than industry average pay, lack of 401k matching, no remote work options, declining benefits offering, lack of communication, a lot of firefighting, bonuses are pink unicorns.
