      Pros

      - working on big feature films - they use industry standard pipeline

      Cons

      - compositing department was chaos - leads don't really lead anything i was on my own staring at tasks on screen and trying to fix things on my own - there was no teamwork i felt like i was impostor in a place not welcoming me - supervisor and owner of the company once yelled at me and said i don't deserve my place in the company over a tiny mistake was only in the rendered preview - salary is really low all cons are for compositing department only i heard that others are fine

      at the company you have a chance to work on big projects and getting diffrent challanges and trying new things while working

      Cons

      the team structure wasn't working great while I was there reviewing the work and working with comments and there big skips and mistakes for the work rushed work environment that leads to get things unfinished with good details

      you could work 8 works aday like a normal person if youre a girl

      Cons

      The atmosphere and people (other vfx compositors). Producers and Management treat you like a slave, or as if they’re doing you a favor by giving you a job, instead of recognizing that you’re actually doing work for them. They also expect you to be available 24/7, as if you belong to them.
