Pros
Friendly working culture (within a team), wlb (in CN), very nice colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge and help you improve.
Cons
Teams are slightly not trusting each other, cooperation among teams not as smooth (comparing to working in your own team) especially when talking about new features (I guess this is not even a problem of this company specifically). Documentations are a bit hard to locate.
