      Current CEO is still passionate about the company and cybersecurity.

      Cons

      Blatant favoritsm from mid management. Mid management do not listen to feedback from the ground folks. Blindsided by themselves and technology remains stagnant at root. As long as you are of a certain race, a certain religious belief, a certain nationality, you will have an automated shield from the mid management.

      Incredibly talented colleagues Fast-paced with endless opportunities to learn up and coming technologies

      Cons

      Extremely cliquey. Inexperienced director level managers. Lack of clear guidance from leadership on company goals/priorities. Non-existent onboarding. No defined personal KPIs or 3-6-12 month in-role wins/expectations. Messy. Just plain messy.
