Learning experience is really good in short term when comparing with bigger companies, open new tech stacks and improvements. Regardless of your role you can work on different tasks if you have bandwidth.
Cons
While you can work on different tasks regardless of your role, the compensation or title is not changing in time so sometimes you feel not good to work extra but only learning more and more. This can cause talent loss.
