Great place to build a career in the banking IT sector. I joined through the CAP program and liked the practical approach. The trainers were supportive and addressed doubts. I got exposure to specialized banking products and was placed on a project where I could apply what I had learned and gain real industry experience.

Freshers need to invest extra effort initially to become comfortable with banking systems and enterprise applications.

Exposure to international banking projects. The teammates are good and there is a friendly environment. It is good for expanding skillset, career growth and personality development.

Self-learning is important, as the domain and technologies require continuous upskilling.
