      Pros

      Learning curve is okayish, refreshments happen almost every month. Team members are really good

      Cons

      One of the founders is foolish and does politics inside the team. He will talk to you sweetly but will do back politics and all. Very bad founder, rest all the founders are good. Excessive work pressure, always assigning non-sense stuff.
