Pros

Used to be a great company to work for when they were Vox, before Treliant acquired them.

Cons

Horrible management, backstabbing culture, low office morale. Employees drop like flies because they realise quickly it's not a good place to work. It's an American owned company, and the American management decide everything about the Belfast office. This leads to awful decisions completely out of touch with the Belfast market because they don't take the time to research it (or more accurately they just don't care). The American management said they only bought the company for its cheap Belfast staff, which should tell you everything you need to know about them. I worked on a somewhat interesting client project, but that was working with client teams, not Treliant which is probably why it was good. There are plenty of better companies that do similar work that you should go for.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
