Pros

The big boss is not ethical enough to treat you right, but the lawyer is not competent enough to handle any descent lawyer you hire either

Cons

Treliant hires top talents to keep its client happy by doing high quality work. That is only the beginning of the story. Right after that, the top talents are laid off and their work be reused as much as possible by less skilled workers. That is the reason why the computer programs are buggy and will no longer produce sensible outcomes--the maintenance and debugging is not good enough to keep up with the new data from the client. The less skilled worker will put cosmetic patches on but still the outcome does not make any sense. The funny thing is, Treliant would even skip salary payments to the top talents that keeps the contract in the first place, That would actually implicate the clients and risk their reputation too

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
