      Great team, great company, great discount and a very rewarding job day to day. Lots of responsibilities whilst being a chilled atmosphere. Not like any other retail job

      Cons

      Hollidays can be hard to plan with a small team, just the nature of a small team job.

      Terrible communication, no benefits whatsoever, low/poor pay even with overtime.
