      Pros

      Exciting space: working in a vertical of retail that's only recently started to garner attention. Agile done right: very quick iteration on projects where you see results fast and metrics are valued. Strong teamwork ethic: everyone collaborates to support one another and solve big problems. Despite being a small team, punches above their weight.

      Cons

      Small company, so administrative and operational burden is shared amongst everyone. People often need to be comfortable wearing many hats & figuring things out independently.

      Pros

      The founders have assembled a really great team. Everyone is highly talented, and there is creative energy flowing. You can tell that the team believes in the product and mission. It is a hybrid work environment with a few days in the office recommended, but it's still a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Normal start-up stuff! Things can get hectic, and you must be flexible and ready to step up when needed.
