We contribute our ideas and communicate openly. We learn new and interesting skills, not only in our field but also into new areas. We take our time to make a change, to make improvements to ourselves and our processes. That means we get push ourselves to become better and enhance our personal strengths and skills, too.
Cons
With the goal of innovation, we sometimes experience trials and mistakes. We will meet something which will affect our success. But sometimes we ignore them. If we want to know how to avoid them, we must learn to anticipate the problems and take precautions to prevent errors, not just respond to them when they happen.
