Pros

Fully remote, work from home. Health insurance covered, other benefits were alright.

Cons

Unfortunately this list is very long. Leadership does not want employee ideas, opinions, or feedback and will make a show of any employees who "step out of line" by sharing ideas to improve customer experience and increase revenue. There is no company culture and the team feels like a disjointed group of people just trying to do their jobs. The company group chat is dead quiet. There is no growth opportunity, no performance reviews, you are discouraged from taking any vacation time even for doctor appointments. Leadership will gaslight you into thinking you are not intelligent. Revenue projections were bleak. I had a worse time here than any unpaid internship I did. Do yourself a favor and just look elsewhere.

Pros

Bring able to work from home 100% of the time.

Cons

The list is endless. There is no guidance and the CEO (Kari Brooks & Jason Gilmore))/Private Equity Company (Xenon) expects instantaneous results. Every other week higher ups would have the sales team switch direction. The higher ups have no sales experience and have no idea how to actually relate to people (employees and prospects). The price point for the service is SO low that the “uncapped” commission is a joke. The base salary is not competitive. They expect you to do your job along with everyone else’s job too. There is little to no coaching. Any ideas you have will get shot down. It’s their way or no way. And their way doesn’t work. You are only a number and a dollar sign so they will chew you up and spit you out within a year (or less).
