Pros
- Amazing team, not only is everyone the top of their game in their roles, but they're mission-aligned, positive and excited. Love their energy. - Founders actively seek out feedback, take it onboard and willing to try our ideas. They don't really feel like our bosses - Everyone works super hard, (we're against the clock with climate change) but are rewarded with unlimited holiday and flexible hours - 3 retreats a year where we spend the week bonding and getting outdoors - dreamy! - Culture is a hot topic and try new ways to keep tabs on each other socially. At the moment we all take turns to send in a video of what we've been up to, a new hobby, a holiday etc. as well as weekly catch up calls (no chat work allowed!)
Cons
The only con is not getting to see everyone all the time, but this is helped with the retreats.
