      Great employees. The facility is very clean.

      Leadership set expectations that the site were not equipped to achieve; they did not provide the support needed to achieve expectations; they did not have the resources (or in some cases the technical knowledge) to assist sites in meeting expectations.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
