      Pros

      Eventually, you can get hired on as an employee from being temporary. Have all the usual benefits you find elsewhere

      Cons

      Management is stuck in the twilight zone and sucks the life outta employees daily. Unrealistic expectations and goals set. With 1990's and early 2000's equipment which tends to fail weekly. Causing a run to fail maintenance mentality for operators. Creating this environment of negative energy around the plant... No HR support local, so tenured employees run a muck, watch newbies struggle to catch on offering little training. No opportunity for growth without going out of state for work.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
