      Pros

      Payscale is good for the industry and positions. During Covid any employees that could complete their work from home were allowed to do so.

      Cons

      There is very little sense of culture outside of my small group of colleagues. I have seen the company hire from outside rather than move on existing, accomplished, excellent reviewed employees for even a lateral role due to wanting to have an employee in a specific office.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
