      Union job, good pay, good benefits and easy work.

      Cons

      Management is completely worthless. They make the workers work and the worthless people run rampid. Management makes new rules to suit their needs, other than having other people do work. Machinery always broke due to no parts and not enough maintenance. 6 days work week, I repeat, 6 day work week!!! They will lie to get you in the door and only say 4.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
