      Big company so expect to advance your skills quickly, however taking on next level roles and responsibilities will not lead to promotions. Great stepping stone but not a place you will want to work long term.

      Cons

      Undervalued and overworked employees, pay is not competitive, horrible RDI leadership.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
