      Pros

      Easy job to hide your mistakes and blame others. It's all about the politics especially if you are from Mexico or speak Spanish. Meetings from the plant manager were in all Spanish. Great for Mexicans, not Americans.

      Cons

      Everyone is under paid except for the upper management. If you do good at your job it's frowned upon as if you are not about work. It's all about fitting in there, but you will still be under paid. Some folks are right at minimum wage and do the hardest work.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
