      compensation is decent and benefits are the best i have ever had and at the best price in recent years

      Cons

      dont expect them to let you know what they want or to let you know if you are failing to meet expectations (until they are walking you out) seems like you have to suck up and make the right people like you and be friends with them or you will be “released” for not fitting in

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
