      Pros

      The company provides decent pay and there is a lot to learn and a lot of places to move around albeit only lateral moves. There is a lot of automation which makes the job easier than having tons of manual labor to do.

      Cons

      Some of the people are nice to work with but there is a lot of talk behind people's backs. Management clearly shows favoritism to senior employees and constantly changes policies whenever convenient to get something done. Everyone is so caught up in themselves they always try to blame someone else for shortcomings.

      MANAGEMENT!! Plant manager is running away, HR Manager is running away, only a matter of time before this place goes even more down hill! So many terrible managers here!! Most of them need to go for us to be able to succeed. They work us to the bone because we know how to do everything in the day to day and they would not have a clue if they even bothered to try to help,, EVER! Want equal pay, go somewhere else. No one will listen in managementqbout it. Corp doesnt care. We Could all go on and on..
