Pros
Pay is good and most of the people I work with are friendly enough. It was better before Treehouse bought us.
Cons
Treehouse cut the QA workforce in half almost and still required us to preform the same amount of testing. If anyone is sick or on vacation the lab is chaos, because we do not have the correct amount of people. Supervisors seem to understand that we need more people, but are unable to do anything. It is happening on the production floor as well, They don't have enough people most of the time to work around breaks and lunches and so have to work overtime every weekend to make up for that. Those in management positions seem to have worked their way up by a lot of hot air. Those who actually deserve to be in that position are not respected.
