Pros

Tredence has achieved phenomenal success in the last seven years. Recently it has raised its first private equity capital to support and accelerate its growth further. It has its pros and cons of working in a hyper-growth company. The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Company culture is very open and transparent. Founders and leadership team is well connected with the larger organization. The leadership team shares transparent updates about company performance on period basic. You can reach out to founders and anyone in leadership to share your ideas, concerns, and feedback. In a growing company, you get immense opportunities to learn. You get to work with smart individuals, and industry thought leaders. Innovation at work and creative thinking make this organization different. Sometimes the leaders and managers will push you to your limits and challenge you as a professional for your learning and growth.

Cons

No company is perfect. While the company grows, some things are changing and evolving that come along with any growing company. But it is important not to get hung up but to focus on what is happening that is right, figure out a way to make it progressively better. Someone who is looking for a less challenging traditional corporate job may not enjoy a whole lot working here. You need a growth mindset and need to be a problem solver to thrive in this organisation.

Pros

Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

Cons

Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
