      1. Each and everyone is easily approachable. In fact it doesn’t even matter whether he or she is a junior or senior 2. Multiple initiatives are taken to enhance team bonding thereby contributing to a stress free environment

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
