Technology - Cloud platforms, Big Data landscape, Analytics & AI/ML. Great team to work with, Provides early opportunities for growth & exposure talking to clients/business leaders. Different from the traditional service companies - culture of DIY in solving business/technical problems. A great set of mentors/leaders to learn from. From the time I joined last year to now - client recall has increased, new business opportunities have opened up, seeing more traction in delivering larger and complex data engineering & analytics projects helping clients scale up their enterprise analytics capabilities. There is never a boring day!
Cons
The brand name could be a limiter, however that is also being addressed by the rapid growth the company has witnessed in the past 18 months (despite COVID downturn).
