Databricks, Snowflake, GCP etc.) - Honest feedback and growth initiatives - Transparent Leadership

      Cons

      Like in any company, it has its shortcomings in performance evaluation and that needs an overhaul.

      Freedom to learn, upskill and seek opportunities within the firm

      Cons

      Need to actively engage and seek project opportunities to keep job continuity. Support from leadership is almost nill. You need to scout for project openings yourself. Very difficult if you are on a visa constraint!
