There was no respect for experience or input. I was constantly spoken over and dismissed whenever I tried to address real problems. Promotions and roles were handed out based on favoritism, not capability. I left because staying meant tolerating disrespect every day.

Overtime work means overtime pay.

Unhappy and stressed employees is what you'll first notice upon joining the company! Work atmosphere was terrible, if you're energy sensitive, you'll immediately feel exhausted! You'll regret joining this company. I know I did! Beware.
