The hours were somewhat consistent.

There was no respect for experience or input. I was constantly spoken over and dismissed whenever I tried to address real problems. Promotions and roles were handed out based on favoritism, not capability. I left because staying meant tolerating disrespect every day.

Wasn't bad in the beginning until the real attitude comes out!

Couldn't stand the intimidation, the bullying, the yelling! The owner is horrible who has no knowledge about leadershipo and abuses employees!
