Pros
Good people who are knowledgeable and care. Good benefits package. Great market sectors. Fun working environment. Casual work environment. Staff are excellent.
Cons
Pay is not comparable to the Kansas City market and Lawrence cost of living is higher. Pay raises may happen once a year, but they do not always happen. Management do not treat less experienced employess with dignity and they are not allowed to progress and gain more responsibility. Chance of moving up in the company is slim to none.
