      Nice office/accomodations Good compensation Good geographic location in the Twin Cities

      Extremely political work environment Mid level leadership does not tolerate push back or constructive criticism. Mid-level leadership publicly criticize employees vendors and other departmental leadership. Company pays lip service to every corporate fad but doesn't follow through with it's behavior.
