Awesome learning environment, meet lots of talented industry people. Delicious food. The chefs are all top notch and so is the service.

Some people they hire tend to be the snobby type, they promote a good environment but there are people that aren't so great to work with.

They offer health insurance and meal discounts.

This company is difficult to work for. Employees are paid through a tip pool, so you never know what you are making, when ends up to be very little money. Difficult to advance, management is very rude. Horrible place to be a server.
