A good number of employees that care about the business, interesting unique work, good office staff, nice summer office hours schedule.
Cons
Little set in their ways but hear things are changing for the better, bought by private equity that didn't know too much about the industry and went through three CEO's in 2+ years (has had a solid one the last 2 years or so)
