      The whole team was amazing except the management

      Cons

      As a former employee of Traya Health, I experienced a highly toxic work environment due to the manager's overbearing ego and abusive behavior. Questions and suggestions were met with hostility, and the manager frequently pressured employees to resign if they dared to speak up. This oppressive atmosphere stifled innovation and significantly impacted mental health. I cannot recommend Traya Health as a healthy workplace until significant management changes are made.

      There is no pros, only cons. long list of cons.

      Cons

      - They will make you work until you drop. - They won't approve your sick leave. Even when you're sick, they'll force you to work. They'll inhumanly insist that you show up and complete your shift. - Repetitive work only. No learning. - You'll work like a robot. Even when you know their product is harming patients, you have to keep telling people to use it. - You can't use your own judgment to treat patients. You're forced to follow their nonsensical SOPs and nothing else.
