      Pros

      Overall the company is a good one to work for. Everyone supports one another and works together to meet common goals. It has a very family oriented feel to it. What you say is heard and valued.

      Cons

      Having to rely on a factory overseas that is closed for a lot of holidays gets hard to manage expectations of customers and when products are shipping.
